Where necessary, and only with your explicit consent, we may prepare referral letters to medical professionals.

  • Calendly – booking system

  • Stripe – secure payment processing

  • Google Workspace – secure storage of client records

These providers may store data outside of the UK/EEA. All providers we use are GDPR-compliant and/or rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Treatment and medical records – kept for a minimum of 7 years from your last appointment (or until age 25 for children).

  • Financial/payment records – retained in line with HMRC requirements.

  • Booking information – retained for as long as necessary to manage client appointments.
