About Simon Harrison
I’ve learned that fitness and health are not the same thing. Real performance — whether in sport, leadership, or daily life — depends on how well we recover, adapt, and manage the demands placed on us. That understanding shapes everything I now do.
My career has crossed three worlds that rarely meet. I began in a specialist military unit where performance under pressure was non-negotiable. I competed in endurance sports, built a personal training business, and became the UK’s first distributor and educator for TriggerPoint Therapy, working directly with the founder across gyms, retailers, and sporting events.
Later, I spent more than a decade as an HR and Business Operations Director with international organisations — supporting leaders through growth, restructures, tribunals, and complex people challenges. Working across the UK, the Middle East, and Africa gave me a front-row view of what pressure does to decision-making, culture, and human performance.
That combination of experiences now underpins The Raw Power approach: connecting physical resilience, recovery, and practical leadership so people can perform sustainably — not just for a season, but for life.
In the clinic, that means treatment grounded in movement, strength, and long-term function.
In organisations, it means helping leaders protect human capacity while still delivering results.
My role is simple: to help you tackle what’s holding you back — even when you’re not yet sure what that is.
