I started my career in the British Army in 1992, serving with several units; most notably an elite tri-service commando unit, 148 Battery, which requires the ultimate combination of mental and physical toughness.

I am highly experienced in HR Leadership and Business Operations. My background includes investment banking, engineering, manufacturing, charity, retail and  ecommerce.  I have set up many companies for a variety of organisations, entrepreneurs and private offices. I create infrastructure and develop cultures where doing the right thing is at the heart of the business. 

Driven by my passion for helping others and informed by my diverse experiences, I have created Raw Power as a brand which focuses on the health of businesses and people. I get things done.
