About Me
Simon Harrison— I am the founder of Raw Power, based in Ascot, where I help people recover from injury, overcome pain, and perform at their best. My approach blends clinical sports therapy with experience drawn from a unique journey — from military service in a specialist commando unit, to competing in endurance sports and introducing recovery tools like TriggerPoint Therapy to the UK and EU.
Alongside my therapy career, I also spent more than a decade as a Director of HR and Business Operations with international companies, building a strong understanding of people, performance, and resilience. Today, I bring that combination of hands-on expertise and strategic insight to every client I work, whether that’s in my private clinic, or with businesses and leadership teams I work with.
